The event took place in a solemn and exciting atmosphere with the participation of representatives of the Investor – Communications And Works Joint Stock Company, Main Contractor ASBUILD, Supervision & Management Consulting unit Project NAGECCO, Design Consulting AAT, and partners are Suppliers and Subcontractors.
