[HCMC, August 1st, 2023] The general contractor, ASBUILD, has successfully handed over the 147-147Bis Hai Ba Trung Office Tower project to the Owner.
In a grand ceremony held on the morning of the same day, ASBUILD organized the handover event for the 147-147Bis Hai Ba Trung Office Tower project in the center of District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. The project marks an important milestone for the company and contributes to the urban landscape innovation.

The 147-147Bis Hai Ba Trung Office Tower project is a morden and advanced design with a scale of three (03) basements and twelve (12) upper floors, providing high-end and luxurious office spaces. Located in a prime position in the center of District 3, the project not only creates a new focal point on the main road of the area but also optimizes conveniences for businesses and individuals seeking office rentals in this area.
The project faced significant challenges, especially in constructing the three basements in the inner city with various risks related to neighboring structures.
