On the morning of March 20th, 2023, the 147-147BIS Hai Ba Trung Office Building project’s topping out ceremony was held by ASBUILD and the Owner. Attending the event were representatives from the Owner: Mr. Le Duc Lanh, Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Dung; ABBO – Project Management board; Main Contractor ASBUILD and its Partners as the project’s suppliers and subcontractors.

Groundbreaking in January 2022, the 147-147BIS Hai Ba Trung Office Building was undertaken by ASBUILD as main Contractor, with a scale of 3 basements and 12 upper floors marking a major milestone in ASBUILD’s development and affirming its position in the market.
Assoc. Prof. Dr Mr. Le Duc Lanh, former head of the Department of Odonto-Stomatology, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, HCMC; cum Dean of the Department of Odonto-Stomatology, Hong Bang International University (HIU); member of the Board of Directors of Van Hanh Medical Group – The Owner of the project, shared his emotions and expressed gratitude to partners and the authorities.
Mr. Nguyen Phan Le Tuong – General Director of ASBUILD gave his speech at the event.
Sharing at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phan Le Tuong – ASBUILD General Director, expressed his gratitude to the relevant authorities, the Owner, and partners for accompanying, supporting and creating favorable conditions for ASBUILD to implement and top out the project on schedule: “147-147BIS Hai Ba Trung is a challenging and key project in an extremely prime location, expecially its 03 basement constructed in adjecent degraded projects; implemented during a difficult period in the market as well as modification in regulations and standards. Despite these obstacles, with the determination and unity of ASBUILD engineering, we have a trong confidence to bring the project to completion as committed with the Ower.”

The project is expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2023, Site Management Team has developed multiple deployment plans to meet the tight schedule while still ensuring technical and safety requirements.
