Job Description:
- Prepare, monitor, and manage contracts, BOQ, and payments with the Investor;
- Create quotations, participate in negotiations, and sign contracts with Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Construction Teams;
- Organize and supervise the procurement process for materials and equipment for construction activities;
- Manage and control the overall project costs to ensure financial efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years working as QS Engineer;
- Graduated from College/University in Construction, Construction Economics or related fields;
- Ability to use construction software;
- Good communication, honesty, enthusiasm;
- Fluent at Autocad, Word, Excel…;
- Language: Basic English communication.
