ASBUILD takes the honour to announce the successful completion and handover of the PETLIKE Factory Project – a modern pet food manufacturing plant – located in Phu My II Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project is invested by CTCBIO Vietnam Joint Stock Company, featuring a large-scale development that includes:
- 01 raw material warehouse
- 01 finished goods warehouse
- Production line with a total floor area of over 12,000 m²
Modern technology systems and equipment that meet advanced manufacturing standards in the pet food industry
As the All-steps General Contractor, ASBUILD undertook comprehensive responsibilities ranging from legal procedures – licensing – design to execution, as well as schedule, quality, and safety management. Throughout the project implementation, ASBUILD closely coordinated with consulting units, designers, and partners to ensure seamless and effective project delivery.
The project was successfully completed and handed over to the Investor in May 2025, in full compliance with the committed schedule, meeting all requirements related to quality, technical, safety, and operational standards.
The official commissioning of the PETLIKE Factory marks a significant milestone, affirming ASBUILD’s capabilities in the design and construction of industrial facilities, factories, and production lines, while also recognizing the effective and sustainable cooperation between ASBUILD and CTCBIO Vietnam.
