On September 6th, 2025, the construction of the VSAP LAB Laboratory officially commenced at Software Park No. 02, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.
With the trust from the Investor – VSAP LAB JSC, ASBUILD proundly takes on the role of Main Contractor, continuing to leave our mark in key industrial projects across the country.
The laboratory will cover a total area of 1,600 m², consisting of 5 floors and 1 rooftop, and will serve the production of advanced packaging technology for semiconductor microchips.
VSAP LAB is the pioneer in scientific research and technological development in the field of semiconductor microchips, particularly in advanced packaging; as well as in the research and development of high-tech electrical and electronic products. The project receives strong attention and support from Da Nang City’s authorities, aiming to create a breakthrough in the semiconductor technology sector in Vietnam.
