[Khanh Hoa, May 29th, 2025] ASBUILD gratefully announces the bid win and commencement of the HAVALIA Seafood Processing Factory project – Ninh Thuy Industrial Park, Ninh Hoa Town, Khanh Hoa Province.
With the trust from the Investor – HAVALIA, ASBUILD takes on the role of Main Contractor for the project. This is an important milestone, confirming ASBUILD’s position and capability in industrial construction field
The commencement ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor, ASBUILD’s Board of Directors, the Construction Site Management Team, Subcontractors, Project Suppliers and partners.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phan Le Tuong – General Director of ASBUILD shared:

The HAVALIA factory has a total area of over 13,000m², including the main production line, subordinate workshop and auxiliary area.
In particular, the project applies leading advanced technologies transferred from developed countries, helping to optimize the processing process, ensuring food safety and environmental friendliness.
The output products from the factory are positioned as high-end products, serving export to demanding markets around the world, so the entire production line and operating standards are built according to strict international standards.
With guaranteed construction progress, top quality and close cooperation with the Investor, the project promises to become a typical factory model, supporting partners to develop sustainably and expand production activities in the future.
