On June 6, 2026, ASBUILD Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with PACE Institute of Management, successfully organized the training program “Effective Delegation Skills” for managers and employees responsible for work coordination.
Through practical content, engaging discussions, and interactive learning activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of the manager’s role in assigning the right tasks to the right people, with the right objectives, at the right time. The program also strengthened their ability to monitor progress, foster collaboration, and drive team performance more effectively.
