On the morning of April 11th, 2026, ASBUILD held the internal training workshop called “Document Writing Skills in Customer Interaction” for their staff members.
At the workshop, General Director – Mr. Nguyen Phan Le Tuong – emphasized:
“A clear, concise, and well-structured document can help tasks be handled more quickly and effectively, while minimizing unnecessary misunderstandings.”
“Documents are not only a means of communication, but also represent the professionalism of each individual as well as the image of the company.”
Through Mr. Tuong’s experience sharing and practical case studies, the session provided valuable perspectives, helping employees enhance their skills and gain more confidence when working with clients and partners.
