On January 24th, 2026, ASBUILD Construction JSC organized the 2025 Employees’ Year-End Review Conference.
Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyễn Phan Lê Tương – General Director, Mr. Nguyễn Quang Trưởng – Deputy General Director, Project Directors, Heads of Departments, and all ASBUILD employees.
In 2025, amid numerous challenges facing the construction market such as labor shortages, fluctuations in material prices, and increasingly intense competition, ASBUILD maintained strong business operations and achieved positive results. Over the past year, the Company successfully won bids and participated in the construction of many large-scale projects, ensuring quality and progress. These achievements were highly appreciated by investors and laid a solid foundation for ASBUILD’s sustainable development in the coming years.
At the Year-End Review Conference, Mr. Nguyễn Phan Lê Tương – General Director highly commended the sense of responsibility, dedication, and tireless efforts of all employees throughout 2025. At the same time, he outlined key objectives for the Company in 2026, emphasizing management innovation, market expansion, and the promotion of technology application—especially the application of AI in management and operations.
