[Da Nang, February 23, 2025] Phuc Long Huong Construction site Command Board and the Investor organized the topping-out ceremony event, marking an important milestone of the project – completing the rough work as planned as well as the Contractor’s commitment to the Investor. The event was held in a meaningful ceremony, demonstrating the Investor’s enthusiasm for a prosperous new project in a prime location, the center of Da Nang City.
Outstanding highlights of Phuc Long Huong Office Building Project:
- Strategic location: located in the busiest attraction of the city, opposite APEC Park and Dragon Bridge – the symbol of Da Nang.
- Overall scale: 1 basement and 6 floors, total floor area of more than 3,500 m2.
Attending the event with ASBUILD were representatives of the Investor, the supervision consulting partner – Delta T Investment Design and Construction Co., Ltd and other partners.
As the contractor, ASBUILD always ensures construction progress according to plan. This Topping Out Ceremony is the most certain evidence, guarantees the strong commitment to the Investor.
After the Topping Out Ceremony, Phuc Long Huong Project will enter the finalization phase, expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2025.
