On the morning of February 15th, 2025, at the company’s office, ASBUILD’s 2025 Business Plan Conference was successfully organized under the guidance of the Board of Directors, with the participation of all-level Managers of the Office and Construction Department.
General Director – Mr. Nguyen Phan Le Tuong summarized the achievements of 2024, pointed out the strengths that need to be promoted and the weaknesses that need to be overcome, as well as the key strategies that ASBUILD will focus on in 2025.
After the plan has been set, each Managers performed a detailed analysis presentation on their department’s target, from resources’ allocation to specific actions, with the intention to closely follow the common goals of the company.
The conference ended with specific strategic goals, opening up a breakthrough development for 2025. ASBUILD believes that 2025 will be the year to target new achievements, affirm customers’ trust and develop well-operated business!
